All of our installers are fully qualified training specialists and can visit your location for expert installation followed by training sessions tailored to your store's specific needs. Our current users have found this unique 'initiation' process to be both effective and cost-efficient. Supplemental training before and after the installation provides a well-rounded education in both daily usage and best practices.

Booklog users have access to all of the resources in our Users Center. Take a web class, message other users on the forum, sign up for our e-newsletter, and read version release information.
The Booklog Technical team provides fast, friendly, and expert support. Our Maintenance Agreement entitles you to unlimited toll-free and e-mail support, free software updates, and remote troubleshooting using the Citrix Go to Assist support platform.
