Our current users have found this unique 'initiation' process to be both effective and cost-efficient. Supplemental training before and after the installation provides a well-rounded education in both daily usage and best practices.

Technical Support

The Booklog Technical team provides fast, friendly, and expert support. Our Maintenance Agreement entitles you to unlimited toll-free and e-mail support, free software updates, and remote troubleshooting using the Citrix Go to Assist support platform.
